About
Hello, my name is Sara Estrada and I am a certified Trager ® practitioner & a licensed massage therapist. I also offer local honey for sale which has many health benefits. My goal is to provide a nurturing and healing environment for my clients to relax and rejuvenate.
Trager ® uses gentle, lulling movements to help the client return to a space of calm. It is a nervous system reset that focuses on finding length, fluidity and freedom in the body and mind. Trager is a deep yet gentle way to access and elicit the relaxation response for someone feeling anxious, and is effective for stress reduction.
Some key principles of this type of body work include compression, elongation, rotation, rhythm, and pausing/stillness. Trager can be effective in helping with PTSD as part of a trauma-informed framework, assisting the nervous system to release the old patterning that no longer serves us. When we allow the bodymind to remember ways of being that are safe and pleasant, we can begin to let go of the chronic patterns that may have been inhibiting living a full life.

Local Honey
The Healing Bee has local honey for sale.
Local honey (unlike commercial honey) is not heavily processed or chemically refined. This results in a higher percentage of beneficial vitamins, minerals, and natural enzymes. Many people use local honey to help with seasonal allergies and overall wellness. Raw honey is antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial.
